WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will send you an email once your order has been despatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also login to your account to see order updates. Alternatively please contact us and we can provide you with an update.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT SHIP?

All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund to the payment method used to place the order.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?

If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

CAN I GET MY ORDER CUSTOMISED?

It’s currently not possible to order customised products, however we hope to bring this to overseas in the near future.

CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT'S OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock, or if you can’t find a product you wish to purchase on our site, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
